Complaint Details :I took a connection in June 2015 and asked for HD connection. It was promised to be fixed in 2 days & after 2 dozen calls I finally got it fixed on 15th Aug 2015 after half a dozen reminders that day. Due to their error all the channels were not working & they were demanding payment. However I had paid Rs. 900 a week earlier for the months of June, July and August which is Rs. 300 per month for 2 connections. Today I received a call at 8.45 p.m. from their staff Mr. Santosh asking if he could come to collect money for the HD box. I was shocked & disgusted with their service. Now I am sitting with only ONE connection even though I paid for 2 hence feeling cheated These people are unethical.
