Subject of Complaint :Bill not received

Complaint Details : For past 11 months i have not receiving my bill, i pay it regularly on time. I called customer care executive they told they will send it and if not go and collect it from post office. In post office there is no bill received. So i raised a complaint in Aircel appellate authority they told me they will send bills for past 6 months but they not sending. while i had contact in Aircel Showroom too still now i’m not receiving bills for period of last 6 months. And also they are charging me for unnecessary purposes. i’m not even know the break down charges. So please revert me.
