Subject of Complaint :Complaint about reducing balance

Complaint Details : I have buy a new Aircel sim. No -9808205742. Company continuously reducing my balance without calls or extra services.I have lost my balance 2times-1st time 35₹ and2ndtime 30₹. I request you to help me out from this problem.If u will not help me I will go to consumer forum to help all those who affected from this
