Subject of Complaint :amount deducted from bank but recharge failed

Complaint Details : I have recharge my mobile on 28.09.2015 for Rs.100/- through internet banking. and the transaction ID is 1509283170. the amount was deducted from my colloquy bank account but not topup my mobile. kindly refund the money and do the needful.
