Complaint Details : I have done a online recharge for Rs. 200 using airtel mobile interent on 11th January 2014, the recharge was unsuccesfull, but the amount got debited from my HDFC bank account 18761130001276. I have not received back the amount. Kindly refund my amount of Rs 200 to my account. This is the cheque/Ref No 111211438 for the transaction made online.
