Subject of Complaint :online recharge failed but amount deducted

Complaint Details : Dear sir,
I Roopa B R made online prepaid Airtel recharge on 15.09.2015 of 2 transaction of rs 300 (Id : 597560) & rs 200 (id: 598018). Amount deducted from my canara bank account but recharge is failed….reply that I got within 7 days I will receive amount back to my account but til now I didn’t get.. Please refund the amount .
