Complaint Details : I made an online recharge with Barati Airtel, for Rs 249/= which was confirmed by mail dated 2nd May at 6.35 pm and even the transaction I’d given as 502462441.
But after only 10 MTS , at 6.45 pm a message reading ”sport due to technical error recharge failed , try again” after confirming recharge and taking payment also
I feel cheated as I see it as an attempt to extract more money in deceitful way
