Complaint Details : I lost my mobile on 28th Nov in Nerul.I lodged a complaint with Airtel to block the SIM which they did. I have prepaid Airtel (9867408094).On Monday, 30th November at around 12 o’clock I got a new SIM from the Nerul, East, Airtel by paying Rs.25/- and was told it will start in 2 hours time. Today is 4th Dec.but my number is still not started. I have made innumerable calls to their customer care 9892098920 and every time they told me that the number will start in 2 hours or 4 hours. Today Nerul gallery told me to go to Vashi Gallery as they cant do anything. When I went to vashi they said since the sim is from Nerul they cant help me so I had to buy a new Sim by again paying Rs.25/ but still
