Subject of Complaint :Neither Exchange nor refund

Complaint Details : Very Very Bad service and not refund
I have purchase a kurta from Biba official site on 17 Aug. Size is quite bigger so i send a request for exchange.
the boy collect the product and he denied to give receipt and told me that we do not give any receipt, so i take his no.
8 days has been passed out after return but now they don’t even give me any single information about my product.
Whether they have receive that product, they are going to give me exchange product or not, whether they are going to refund me.
Nothing. Have write so many mails and call them a lot of time but nothing happen.
They don’t even reply. This the way they treat their customer
