Complaint Details : We had repeatedly requested your call centre executive not to activiate any of such added service to our number. But the undersigned had received an amount of Rs. 410/- excess in my bill for the period from 1st to 31st July’2015 with a naration of one time charges for Hungama movies, Hungama songs and music. This matter had been reported to your billing section at Bhubaneswar who in turn advised us to contact customer care. The undersinged had spoken to your customer care on 17th August’15 who in turn had assured that they de-active the facility and will send a mail to me. But till now I have not received any mail from them and I do not know whether the facility has been withdrawn or not
