Complaint Details : I tried to recharge my mobile for Rs.555 on 2nd May, 2015 thru’ Mobikwik. Mobikwik also confirmed about the transfer of amount to BSNL and my bank acct. has been debited. But the recharge has failed and Mobikwik has given the operator ref.id for this recharge as 2455880795.
Please arrange to refund the amount to my bank account.
