Complaint Details :Hi,
My BSNL Wi-MAX device has been returned to the BSNL Office and initiated the procedure to close the account on March 13th 2017. When inquired the officer, she confirmed that the security deposit (Rs 1000) will be given after reducing the current bill amount and will be send through DD. But I have received a bill of Rs. 345 on April month. How I can proceed and what is the exact procedure to get refunded.
