Complaint Details : My consumer no.11328012024,Customer id 11000950381 .I have paid Rs.900/- through net banking Axis bank on 26/3/2016 against CESC bill no.1132801201202402168 for Feb’2016. I have not ceceived the receipt in my mail also did not receive any confirmation in my registered mobile. I am making the payment regularly through net banking. I have found in my bank account the money has been debited. In Railway booking the money is returned back to the account if reservation is not made. Please do the necessary rectification & inform me accordingly
