DELL-Faulty laptop replacement

Subject of Complaint :Faulty laptop replacement

Complaint Details : Dear Sir,

I am from India and I have purchased a laptop from Dell Company on line from compu. India (Dell’s selling division in India), Which was delivered on 6th Aug,2013. After two days of use it was defected and complaint was lodged (Complain No.880584715 dt 06.08.13), (reference no.880584715 dated07.08.13) , (881181040 dt.19.08.13) order No.850415389 dated 26.09.2013). Complaint talk to Jinsy Babu-Dell | Executive Customer Support Team dated 02 Sep and 3 Sep. But till the time there is no resolution except threat and stretching the matter.
I am continuously making a complain in this regard, but there is no word from senior official. I am unable to understand why the company repr
