Subject of Complaint :NON RESPOSIVENESS OF DISH TV DESPITE A LAPSE OF FIVE DAYS

Complaint Details : Dear Sir,
I am holding multiple connections of Dish TV.
I am a serving Army Offr posted in Pune.
Since 11th May 2015 my dish TV has been out of alignment due to heavy rains recd that day.
This has been a persistent problem due to the fact that the Dish TV technicians have always maintained that Dish TV does not have an antenna bracket other than a standard size, which cannot be used in my case.
As a result the dish antenna frequently needs to be aligned.
Despite repeated requests over the past FIVE DAYS NO ONE has turned up so far to address my problem. Especially it is now 48 hours since I spoke to Dish TV Western Region Head MR Binoy Nair YET no person has turned up.
It reflects very POORLY on the Customer Service response and employees who seem oblivious to Customer problems or complaints.
Some one needs to be held accountable if they expect brand loyalty of a customer of so many years.
I expect a response and feedback from someone relatively senior in DISH TV as to actions taken to address current issue and to prevent recurrence in future.
