Subject of Complaint :PCB not replaced even after 2 weeks of the technician visit

Complaint Details :I filed a complaint with Eureka Forbes customer care for my AquaSure water filter. The technician visited and found that the PCB needed to be replaced. Even after two weeks of his visit, he hasn’t come to replace the PCB. I called up the customer care multiple times but there hasn’t been any update from them. Eureka Forbes customer service is pathetic.
