Subject of Complaint :Number plate

Complaint Details :I had purchased Activa in April 2015 and applied for registration on 28.4.15 on single window in hisar. I was assigned No.HR20 AE 2940 and was told that after receiving SMS on 9416782637, to go to a office near Fawara Chowk for affixing of number plate. When I did not receive any SMS, I visited this office on 24.06.15 and was informed that my case has not been processed. On the same day I went to single window and was issued the receipt again. I have received RC but till today I have not received SMS regarding number plate.
Pl resolve my problem and help in getting the number plate affixed on Activa
