Complaint Details : My name is Jantheer K. on 04.03.2016 while doing LIC Online premium payment after I entered my password it prompted me that your document expired even we did not take that much time to make any transaction but after sometime I have received sms from SBT bank that 4984.60 amount has been deducted from my account. I also received email from Eazy2Pay Payment Alert that transaction processed successfully and amount was deducted from my account. Please help me to get amount revert in my account. Email received from this ID: awl-in.pgoperations@atos.net dated 04.03.2016
