Complaint Details : I had booked a train ticket through IRCTC website, journey dated 22nd june 2015. The train was cancelled but the refund was not received . When contacted IRCTC customer care they said we need to cancel the ticket online. But question is When train is cancelled and booking has been done online then ticket needs to be cancelled automatically and refund amount should have credited to my account directly. I think many passengers might be lost there refunds.
