Complaint Details : Sir,
Its my painful duty to inform you that I had a sad incident in your theatre.
I had booked 3 tickets for a show at 4.30 pm on 11 August 2015.
But one of the seats, no. C12 had a problem with the back incline. It was my father’s seat, and he was very discomfortable in it so i exchanged seats with him, since he is 68 years old.
I also notified the officials about the problem. They told me a technician would attend to it immediately, but no one turned up.
I informed the manager of the high discomfort.
And still there was no response to my plea.
I am still suffering from neck pain due to the failing incline of the chair.
I frequently visit the theatres, and nothing has caused so muc
