Complaint Details : Hi ,

I had purchased tickets for a 2pm show ,on 4 july 2015,i t was a card purchase. by the time i reached for the show ,i realised i lost my it was a card purchase si i had a text message summarising my purchase to inox..i requested inox manager n all personnel s to permit me into the hall , by checking my card details..but they refused bluntly…i told thm the seat number details n screen number too.but no help .in this age when there is paperless work and customer service is so imp ..this big brand didn’t allow for simply losing the tickets ..v disappointing…will b approaching consumer forum now…
