Subject of Complaint :Money refund

Complaint Details : I mad transition at INOX Shalimar, Bharuch by my HDFC bank debit card on 12th feb, Money deducted but showed failed transition. Which lead to pay me cash & said that amount will be revert back within 7 woorking days but its been more than 60 days money is not refunded & your finance team also not answering the mail of HDFC bank which lead the delay in process of refund. Your INOX bharuch manager also not responding & not giving any satisfactory answer. If problem won’t by friday I have to take legal action.
