Subject of Complaint :TDR/Internet rail booking refunds

Complaint Details : I had booked four 3rd AC ticket for sector ERS/LTT in Duronto 12224 under PNR 4307039103, travel date 6th May, 2015. To my surprise, when we reached at the railway station the train was attached with 2nd class sleep coaches instead of 3rd AC coaches. When TC came, he informed us that due to Train accident on 2nd May, they didn’t have extra AC coaches to attach hence, issued me an “Excess Fare Ticket” Receipt No.D616719 dated 6.5.15 and asked me to file a TDR online for refund since mine was an e-ticket. I had filed a TDR on 8.5.15, since, then I am trying to get refund they just denied it without any reason. Also, other people who filed TDR, they also did not get refund, which is cheating!!
