Complaint Details : I have purchased a karbbon mobile A9+ on January 2013. I have faced problem in switching on my mobile. Whatever I switched on It disaplays karbbon A9+ , but could not start.
I finally got exparty order from consumer forum, Allahabad on July 2015. I sent this order twice to service Centre allahabad by Speed post But this order was returned as mentioned by post Office that “refused to accepts”.
What can I do after this situation. Please guide me.
