Complaint Details : I sent a mail regarding a behavioral issue with the front end associate. Plz find the mail for your reference:
At the outset, I thank you for the nice show room at Lansdowne Market area. No doubt, it is catch-worthy, spacious and ample room for display of various products.
It may be mentioned here that We are a constant admirer of Khosla Electronics, and have purchased all Electronic Items right from TVs to Washing Machine and so on from Hazra Counter.
This is the First Time We visited this Counter on 26 January, 2015 at around 18.00 hrs. and was initially impressed. The nice and warm behavior of the Sales team, specially Mr. Bapan, and the Executive dealing Lap Top Section guided us a lot.
But the behavior and attitude problem of Mr. Subhojit at Cash Counter is not matching. Within a short span of time [ though we had to wait too long in front of HIM with no customer], his entire gesture to us as well as to the Sales Personnel is not at all palatable. With unnecessary shouting, taunt, show off and gossip, he tried to pose something else known to him better. Only One’s gesture spoils the whole broth!
May I request you to kindly look into the matter to prevent the unwelcome experience of the Customers, since prevention is Better than Cure!
