Subject of Complaint :Refund of Rs. 2000

Complaint Details :I bought petrol from mayur service station, nayapura kota on 3.1.17 & swipe my debit card.. but POS Machine shows “denined”. the filler boy says swipe again and again upto 5 times but POS Machine every time shows “denined”.
Afterwards my wife pays in cash..
Next day my bank statement shows 5 time 1000/- debits & 3 times 1000/- credit..
Manager mayur service station, nayapura kota is helpless and send me to HDFC BANK
HDFC BANK send me to my bank SBBJ, RB Road, kota.
Today on 9.1.17 there is no progress at all.
Plz refund my Rs. 2000/-
