McDowell’s No.1 has been my favourite drink and over the years the brand has attracted customers like me because of quality, packaging, marketing, etc.
I purchased 180 ml on 20th june 2015 and when I opened the cap, I found that the neck of bottle is slightly broken and possibilities of glass components dissolved in whisky. Since 7 years, this is the first time I experienced something like this and promptly reported this to the cashier at the shop where I purchased it. However, Cashier suggested me to filter whisky using a kerchief or cloth and consume.
I felt really humiliated as I was asked to consume the whisky which contains glass pieces and why would I risk my
