Complaint Details : sim card not detected ,i followed the following steps.
Check if the IMEI is intact – Go to your dial pad and dial *#06#. Once you dial it, the IMEI number should automatically show up. If that doesn’t happen, follow these steps.
You have to punch in a few command lines. So you have to switch your Micromax Canvas HD into ‘engineer mode’. Here is how you do it – Go to dial pad and type – * # * # 3646633 # * # *
Now you are in the MTK engineer mode
Go to connectivity tab
Under that, go to CDS Info (Common data service)….etc
