Complaint Details : Hi,
I have thrice called customer care to deactivate my mts dongle. I cleared the bill and called on 8th of July. They said i would get a call back but no response. My data card is still active and i got a month’s bill as well without me using it. I called again and requested for deactivation again same response that i would get a call in 2 hours again no call received. I am not going to pay my bill for it is purely customer care’s fault. Please deactivate the connection or the bill will get piling on.
