Subject of Complaint :deactivation of MTS data card

Complaint Details : I have raised a request to MTS through the customer care phone call and also the email in August 2015 for deactivating my account.
MTS is delaying and sending me the bills every month. they asked me to deactivate my account at their outlet. I checked at outlet, but executives at outlet asked me to deactivate customer care phone call and email . I have done that but still I am receiving the bills.
Please do the needful.
