Subject of Complaint :Deactivate internet service of MTS

Complaint Details : I have paid the full payment due in Jan’16 in first week of Feb and not using internet service since jan’16 , requested the customer care over phone to disconnect. Even then I got a bill amounting to Rs655/- in Feb’16 and sms’s from MTS till 17.03.16. Suddenly I got SMS on 17.03.16&18.03.16 saying my outstanding is Rs.1323/-. In between frequesntly I got sms’s from MTS saying that iam not using MTS service since Feb’16 1st week and customer care has called me for the reason. I said since the service is not good, i want to disconnect and i requested him to treat that call for my cancellation and he said it was recorded. I request you to cancel the internet service to my MTS No. 8453021288.
