Subject of Complaint :Speed Issue since the first day of activation – activated on 21st March 2015

Complaint Details : My MTS services got activated on 21st March 2015. Speed Issue is my main concern. I am getting the speed of 50kbps – 144kbps since my first usage. I complained the same day i got it activated. the Customer care service was pathetic. No help. I did not get any call back. No refund nothing. I am requesting them to cancel my services but they did not respond. However no one came to even fix it. Ontop of it, my billing cycle is from 16 March 2015 as i have been informed where as the activation was done 5days later. i did not have a plan of taking MTS on 16th. How can I be billed since 16th. Please cancel my services.
