Subject of Complaint :Misguided

Complaint Details : At the time of buying this connection, I was communicated as I have to pay 2721 and in which device cost included and subscription is for 1 month 1100 change and I paid Rs2721 through online transfer to MTS on 28 Feb 2015 as suggested by Service Provider (9164916564) and this got activated by the end of second week as there was some problem in the device as mentioned by Customer care when called and then got replaced and this took 2 weeks of time and then internet got started but WIFI was not working. I again called the above mentioned guy, he said he’ll come and chk the issue but he didn’t and on following up he stopped receiving my calls. ultimately I used the internet to the limit as I already paid for the month in advance which was included in 2721 and after that I started getting calls for payment that I used it beyond the payment limit. How could I use it when I already paid it in advance after that I’d to pay to use it for the next month for which I already told them that I don’t want this connection.
