Subject of Complaint :Reactivate the MTS dongol

Complaint Details : I have a MTS prepaid dongol and I am using it from last 5 years (approx). In last 8-9 months I am not using my MTS dongol and currently it is confirmed by MTS customer care person that it can not be usable. My query is why should I cant use it?
There are many options should be there:
1. Exchange the MTS dongol with new updated one
2. Change the MTS number
3. Return the MTS dongol amount
I also see in many blogs and found that many customers are facing same kind of issue. Why MTS is not taking any action on it.
