Subject of Complaint :Wrong attitude of Manager towards Customer and Employees

Complaint Details : This complain is in regards to Mr. Jitendra – MANAGER OF MUMBAI MAGIC GHATKOPAR WEST.
It was our first time as a customer to the restaurant. We ordered a Special Thali. To order further we asked waiter if it will be chargeable if we ask for refill He confirmed with his manager saying no it is not chargeable. But after checking the bill it was charged as extras to us. The manager came to us saying to pay the amount and he started blaming the waiter and asked him to pay the extra amount. Further is started misbehaving and showing unprofessional behavior towards the waiter and us . We really want everyone to know about this.
