Complaint Details : Sir,
I have mentioned below transaction number(89594) that got failed t, when I applied in PAN card new applications, Before receiving the acknowledgement form that page said “We noticed that your transaction through our payment gateway may not have completed. Please find a copy of your transaction details included below:. Please try again .”. But the amount was debited from my account. May I know, what is procedure to recollect my failed transaction amount please. (which is i collected from my OBC Bank.
