Complaint Details :Dear Sir/Madam,

I have mentioned below transaction number( LSBI6096875666IGADAATTJ1) that got failed t, when I applied in PAN card new applications, Before receiving the acknowledgement form that page said “Your payment through credit card / debit card could not be processed. Please try again or change mode of payment and continue.”. But the amount was debited from my account. May I know, what is procedure to recollect my failed transaction amount please. (which is i collected from my State Bank of India statement. Those Bill numbers were stated on my bank account statement.).
