Complaint Details : A contract worth Rs. 21 lacs was given to your applicator Civil Today to cover the water proofing work on the terrace of 4 buildings of our Doordarshan Society in Gorwegaon East. But the very first day of rains have brought havoc to the work with severe damages to terrace and severe leakage in all the top floor flats with a threat of roofs falling down. since last 6 days neither the appicator nor the company is giving any response or help to solve the issue. there is a 3 year warranty on the work.
