Subject of Complaint :Refund Not Received! Pizza Hut Amount Debited but transaction failed

Complaint Details : On 4th April 2015, while trying to place an order for pizza online from your portal pizzahut.co.in, I could complete the order until the payment gateway. I made the payment but before I could receive a order confirmation message the transaction failed for some reason but the amount of Rs:1242.22/- was debited from my account.After seeing the amount debited I have raised a customer complaint and they said they would be refunding in 21 working days. Till today April 11th I have not received any refund amount. Despite me calling them atleast 10 times in the past week , they have not responded. They either disconnect the call midway, or tell ” we would arrange a call back from the finance department” which never comes. I am disgusted and disappointed with how Pizza hut treats its customers. For a simple thing such as cash refund they take more then 40 days, don’t respond to calls and don’t have a proper complaint mechanism in place.
