Subject of Complaint :Not accepting Cheque for Recurring deposit from Agent

Complaint Details : Post office is not accepting Cheque for RD account from agent. For example, If agent has a customer paying 10k , so early customer use to pay by cheque to agent but currently, post offiice has stop accepting cheque. This is a big issue as customer do not want to pay by cash to agent as risk factor in place. Post office is making an excuse of software developed by infy. Agent are facing issue to convenience customer to pay by cash. this need to be reported in paper and highlighted to everyone.
