Subject of Complaint :VAS shortformatD2C activated + main balnce getting deductaed automatically as soon as GMN 74 3g Pack ends for unsucessfull activations

Complaint Details : I am expereincing same problems. My number is 9555901330. 6Rs has been deductaed for same VAS shortformatD2C.
Also whenever my GMN 74 3g pack ends. All the availbale main balance gets deducted by itself and I recieve SMs as my request to activate the services has been registered and data services will be activated shortly. But i never get any data pack or my money back for this automatic deductions. what kind of fraud service has been started. I called the customer care but time and again they say they are unable to check this due to software issue. I hope this has already happened 5-6 time. please let me choose when i need which service form reliance without deducting money by itself
