Subject of Complaint :Complaint for unreceived balance

Complaint Details : I have tried to ask for assistance from your customer care but they either hang on me after 30 mins, make false promises or say that their system is down, so I have to complaint you via email.
My complaint is regarding the recharge for Rs.57 that I got down via freerecharge on 17/08/2015,5.00 pm, but just after making a local call for 59 sec, my balance was zero and I never got the data balance with the pack either.
Again, on same day 17/8/2015 at around 10.00 pm, I got a recharge done for Rs.70 from freecharge and since 19/8/2015, everytime I make a call, I get to hear that I have insufficient balance, but my main balance was still around Rs.60 and it kept on decreasing until it was0.
