Complaint Details : Hi,
I found the Gold pack is upgraded from 300 to 380 without informing me. When I called to customer care the customer care representative named “Puja” she is cutting the call telling she is checking the details. it happens more than 5/6 times. and now she is not taking the call redirecting it again again in the same message.
I need the following action immediately on the same as follows :
1. I want the degrade of the account to 300 as it used to be as I am not interested for upgrade.
2. I want this to be done immediately
3. I have paid 300 on last month 6/5/2015 and the account is suspended on today 30/5/2015
where the 5 days money is gone?
4. Take immediate action on “Puja”
