Subject of Complaint :VAS techzone service deactivation

Complaint Details : I have never activated any value added services but i don’t know why my balance is deducted on almost daily basis for VAS Techzone SMS S Services. I tested STOP to 155223, but it says that you are not subscribed to any VAS packs. So, why is balance deducted. I tried calling customer care but the lines always stay busy and always system not working. call tomorrow. Daily i am calling always line busy and not responding.
