Complaint Details : Dear Sir,

I am having an issue while add a beneficiary, OTP password for adding beneficiary is not available now, i used to have this service earlier, I had contacted NRI complaint section they told me this issue will be solved by within 3 working days however it not yet resolved, i faced this issue by april 4 th and they treated me as unprofessional way.

Kindly provide a better service and quick solution to solve my issue. hoping for your kind consideration on issue.
