Complaint Details :I had purchased Rico Sordi’s Mens Black steel Watch Item code no. DE036235 from Flipkart.com on 14th june,2015 with order No 6742821680 but my watch is not working now. I had purchased the same under 1 year warranty so want the replacement.
i had even kept the invoice by now. if need arises i can even submit the copy of the same.
kindly help me out for this non-working product replacement
