Subject of Complaint :No response on refund due to server issue

Complaint Details : I was trying to book the safari permit on 11th Feb using my HDFC card on the payment gateway after the deduction of the amount the page came back to the booking page without any confirmation on checking the status of the booking it showed not confirmed on contacting the helpdesk the lady said that there is some issue with HDFC gateway hence make a new booking using other gateway and the wrongly deducted payment will be credited back however it’s more than 1 and a half month no update from there end i tried following up with them on the mail as well as on phone but they don’t respond on mail or picks up the phone.
