Complaint Details :Dear Sir,
I have Purchase a Samsung Grand 2 Mobile on a spice Hotspot Shop M.I. Road Jaipur on 09/09/2014. Dealer has issue a Insurance Protection Plan HSCA 01206. IMEI 353202063402056
This Mobile has broken in a accident on 23/09/2014 . I have given my Mobile to your representative Mr. Devendra on 25/09/2014 and Invoice No. was 7275 dated-25/09/2014.
Mr. Devendra has confirm me that My mobile will received me back with in 20 days but I have not received my mobile Till today and Received only confirmation call.
I have follow-up many time to your Head Office and I have received a reserve Call and they have confirm me that My Mobile will received till 6th Oct 2014 and then I have received again Call from your office and they told me that your Mobile is under repair and will received till 13th Oct 2014.
I am facing big problem with out my Phone . I have purchase this Phone my use but I ma not enjoying with my phone due to your negligence and deficiency of service. U are not full fill your commitment with me.
I am getting physically and mentally harassment due to deficiency of service.
I have Phone Record of your Executive which try to making me fool last 15 days.
I will Take Legal Action for your misconduct with me.
Take this mail as Pre litigation Notice and I will file a consumer complaint after 7 Days.
