Complaint Details : I placed an order on 23rd July.
order no : 08992281. I had call quit a few times and even send email, but received no proper response other than team is investigating. Today,when i called again and asked the Executive ( ARKO ROY ) to transfer the call to his Senior or team lead\ supervisor, he kept on saying nobody is available. He misbehaved saying ” i will teach you , mind your language , etc ” ( you should hear the recording) . Just because of his responses, i forced to speak in loud tone. He even disconnected the call.

In a call center, where they are more than 1 senior, supervisor, team lead, this agent denied any help and misbehaved.
