Complaint Details : The complaint of my chimney was reported on 8/8/2016 and same was rectified by your representative on 30/08/2016 after a gap of 22 days by replacing some part.(Poor Service)
I also got the same serviced but during service due to mishandling the lock of the chimney was seen broken by your representative.
Please get the same replaced at the cost of the company because the same was in good condition before servicing.
